CITIC Resources Holdings Limited (1205.HK) was incorporated in Bermuda in 1997 and has its shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CITIC Group Corporation (formerly CITIC Group) became the majority controlling shareholder of us in March 2004 and is currently indirectly holding 59.43% of interests in the Company.
CITIC Resources positions as an integrated provider of strategic natural resources and key commodities with particular focus on the oil and coal businesses. Our principal activities include the exploration, development and production of oil and coal, the import and export of bulk commodities as well as investments in aluminium smelting and manganese.
